Our BABY!!!

Well.....he's here! Cute little thing! We sure don't have a name picked out so we would love lots of input. We will let you know soon. He's in the NICU due to an infection but is doing well. He was 7 lbs. 11 oz. Our birth mom is doing AMAZING! We are hoping to bring him home Sunday, but we aren't quite sure yet.

Malia in the studio

So....I took these of Malia one day on our way out the door to a baptism. I just had to get her in this pink princess frilly dress. I normally don't like things that are too girlie, but I fell in love with this one. I couldn't resist it at a whopping $12.99 at T.J. Maxx. Gotta love those great finds. She still isn't too happy with me about getting her pictures taken, but OH WELL! Deal with it Sis! I am SO over how lame my kids are when it comes to me taking their pictures. Do you think it could be me? Eeeeks!

What a handsome little devil!

I took these photos of Milo months ago, but haven't been so good at editing my own kids! I'm always too busy doing everyone else's pics. He didn't love that I took him out for a photo shoot but he really was a great sport. Thanks little buddy!

Kiddos!

These kids are the best! Malia is never far from my sight. She always calls for me when she can't see me and when I answer she says, "Ok, Mama....I'm coming to find you." Milo is such a great big bro too. He was helping Malia use the Etch-a-Sketch and build a castle with her blocks. I just love these little peeps!

Family pictures!

We finally got family pictures taken! It was quite the experience. The kids were SO done by the end. I think Kelly was too! I'm so happy that we got adorable ones! I just got my 20x20 canvases printed for my wall above my stairs. Yipee! I'll post a picture when it's all hung and done! I have to talk someone into standing on the ladder on my stairs to hang them. That scares the you know what out of me! I love my fam so so much!

I love you Sadey Jo!

Sadey, I look at this picture and the tears start to swell. I can't believe it's been two and a half years since we first met. I feel like I've known you since birth. Well....your birth that is! ;) Remember when you came over to my house for the first time? I was so excited! Remember when you gave us that little pink dress to tell us that you were having a girl? Holy crap I was beside myself with joy! Remember when Milo started calling her, "Google" and it just stuck? Remember when we went to the Bee's game and had a blast eating those crazy ginormous hot dogs? Remember going out to the Cheesecake Factory and the picture we took of your tiny 5'2" body next to Kelly's far large 6'5" body? Hehe! That still cracks me up! Remember when we used to watch movies and I'd feel Google kick and I'd cry? Remember how we'd watch the Bachelor and text each other about how lame some of those girls were? Remember when you called me to tell me that you were going to have her 3 weeks early and I freaked out? Remember how you went to hospital to be induced and you ate breakfast AND lunch when you weren't supposed to? Thanks for that, by the way. Her birth date is much cuter now! Remember how your pillow had raccoon eyes from your mascara after you got that dang epidural? Funny now. Not funny then! Remember when Kelly and I went out to dinner and left you there? Rude! Remember when the doctor asked us to leave the room so you could deliver? Remember when we came back into the room after she was born and we saw her for the first time? She looked like a little Native American papoose! Remember how chubby her little cheeks were? Remember how awesome those few days in the hospital were? Remember how many tears were shed at placement? Remember how your mom took you to Park City to chill and you had to have her stop at Wal-Mart to get the pink lotion that smelled like Malia? Remember how much you love Malia? Sadey, remember how much I love you and how I am Eternally grateful to you for giving to me the greatest thing I have ever been given. Remember how much Malia loves you for giving her the greatest thing anyone has ever given her. Remember that you will always hold a special place in our hearts for your selfless, loving, most Christ-like sacrifice I can imagine. Remember that, because of you....I have the daughter I have always prayed for. I love you Sadey Jo!

Happy 2nd Malia!!

Happy Birthday little lady! I can't believe she is already 2. It's just not fair! I miss all of her baby chub. I can't say that I miss lugging her 29 pound love around town though. We had a great party for her at the park. We ate yummy Tongan chicken, Anita's baked beans, watermelon, ice cream, etc. It was great. She was spoiled rotten with way too much princess stuff. I just don't know about all of this girlie stuff. It kind of freaks me out. I'm so used to farm equipment, trucks, and cowboy stuff. It's too cute to see Malia running around the house with everyone's shoes, a million necklaces, a purse, and anything that sparkles. We love you miss Malia Jayne!

California!

Yay! I love going to California with the fam!
We drove down and stayed in Laguna Beach. I love the beach.
We went to Disneyland, Sea World, hung out with friends and family, played at the beach, ate yummy food (Wahoo Tacos rocks!),
and had a blast just hanging out! It was so much fun.
I want to go back already. Have I mentioned that I LOVE the beach?
If Kelly ever makes it big with his dirt bike riding,
I'm buying a beach house.
Have you ever seen a 6'5" professional dirt bike rider? Dang!
