Jesse.....2 1/2 months!

This sweet little guy is the BEST baby ever! I can't get over it. He goes to bed at 8, eats around 1am, sleeps til 7:30 or 8. We are all so in love with him. I finally have my nights back! I sewed a cute shirt for Malia, finally have my laundry done for the first time in 3 months, and feel like a normal person again. Whew! I barely made it through.
P.S. I have been on the hunt for this rug for 2 years. I can't believe I randomly found it. I will be returning to purchase every color they carry. (this was the only one left!)

I finally posted something to the good ol' blog. I know you are all so proud! Here are some recent studio pics that I did. Don't you LOVE my new backdrop???? I certainly do. Jesse is doing great. He's such a great little baby. Thank goodness for acid reflux medicine! He is 5 weeks old. Man, time flies.

I just had to post some pictures from the hospital! I love it. He sure was connected to a lot of monitors for a few days. I just hate seeing a baby with an IV. All is well now. He's eating great and is a good little sleeper. :) The third is a picture of Rachel who is Jesse's birth mom. She is the sweetest girl in town. I just love her guts. She is doing remarkably well too! We love you Rachel!

He is NAMED.......finally!

Okay, so we have officially named him. His name is

Jesse Walker Allman.

Jesse because it's so freaking adorable, and Walker after Kelly's dad, Glenn Walker Allman.

Thanks for all your love and support everyone! We should be bringing him home Sunday. :)

Our BABY!!!

Well.....he's here! Cute little thing! We sure don't have a name picked out so we would love lots of input. We will let you know soon. He's in the NICU due to an infection but is doing well. He was 7 lbs. 11 oz. Our birth mom is doing AMAZING! We are hoping to bring him home Sunday, but we aren't quite sure yet.

So....I took these of Malia one day on our way out the door to a baptism. I just had to get her in this pink princess frilly dress. I normally don't like things that are too girlie, but I fell in love with this one. I couldn't resist it at a whopping $12.99 at T.J. Maxx. Gotta love those great finds. She still isn't too happy with me about getting her pictures taken, but OH WELL! Deal with it Sis! I am SO over how lame my kids are when it comes to me taking their pictures. Do you think it could be me? Eeeeks!

I took these photos of Milo months ago, but haven't been so good at editing my own kids! I'm always too busy doing everyone else's pics. He didn't love that I took him out for a photo shoot but he really was a great sport. Thanks little buddy!

It's a BOY!!!!

We are so FREAKING excited to announce that we are going to adopt a baby boy in October. Our cute birth mom is Rachel. She's adorable. Her due date is October 15th! We officially have 63 days to get things done. Sheeesh! That's going to sneak up on us. Yay! We love babies!

These kids are the best! Malia is never far from my sight. She always calls for me when she can't see me and when I answer she says, "Ok, Mama....I'm coming to find you." Milo is such a great big bro too. He was helping Malia use the Etch-a-Sketch and build a castle with her blocks. I just love these little peeps!
